| Abstract: | Trứng Ốc Đụn cái có hình cầu, đường kính trung bình 218,33 ± 22,092 μm. Trứng
được bao quanh bằng một màng nhầy có đường kính trung bình 516,66 ± 36,187
μm. Ở nhiệt độ nước 27,5 – 310C, độ mặn 33‰ sự phân cắt đầu tiên xảy ra sau khi
trứng thụ tinh khoảng 50 phút. Sự phân cắt kết thúc sau 8 giờ. Sau 12 giờ 30 phút
trứng nở ra ấu trùng trochophore, khoảng 36-40 giờ bắt đầu xuất hiện ấu trùng
veliger. Sau 48-50 giờ ấu trùng lắng đáy và sự biến thái kết thúc sau khoảng 60
giờ. |
