| Abstract: | Đã phát hiện được 7 loài Cá Nóc có chứa độc tố tetrodotoxin, chủ yếu trong
buồng trứng và gan. Hàm lượng Tetrodotoxin (TTX) trong trứng loài Cá Nóc
Chuột Viền Đuôi Đen - Arothron immaculatus (Bloch and Schneider) rất cao
(351.998 – 559.678 MU/100g mẫu). Ở các loài Cá Nóc Chấm Cam –
Torquigener pallimaculatus Hardy, Cá Nóc Hoa - Takifugu poecilonotus
(Temminck and Schlegel) độc tố TTX xuất hiện trong trứng, gan và nội quan.
Riêng loài Cá Nóc Vằn Takifugu oblongus (Bloch) tinh sào cũng có chứa độc
tố TTX (3.612 MU/100g mẫu). Da cá loài Canthigaster valentine (Bleeker) và
loài Arothron hispidus (Linnaeus) cũng phát hiện có độc tố TTX. |
