| Abstract: | The present paper focuses on the silica-scaled chrysophytes from the Cam Ranh Peninsula (Vietnam). Electron microscopy revealed thirty-six taxa, of which twenty-nine belong to the genus Mallomonas. The others are species of the genera Synura (4), Spiniferomonas (1), Chrysosphaerella (1) and Paraphysomonas (1). Seven taxa are reported for the fi rst time in Vietnam |
